Gittinger Winery’s Dominancia Booth was a hit at the Budapest Contemporary 2025 Art Fair.
At the 2025 edition of the Budapest Contemporary Art Fair, Noumen Studio designed the spatial concept and central installation for the Gittinger Winery’s WINE+ART non-profit stand DOMINANCE. The project brought together contemporary art and natural winemaking through a centrally organized, modular communal table constructed from charred wooden blocks and stainless steel connectors.
Positioned at the heart of the stand, the installation created a shared space for slowing down, tasting, and conversation—contrasting the neutrality of the white cube with a more grounded, material-driven, multisensory environment. Hand-applied, earth-toned plaster walls reinforced the tactile and atmospheric character of the space, reflecting the winery’s low-intervention, nature-led approach to natural wine production.
